Back in 1909 started Barden Homes, a component manufacturing provider that has established a foothold in Western New York, now run by CEO Tim Gelder.

Over 100 years later, Brad has joined the business and launched Gelder Properties, leveraging the family expertise in the real estate industry.

Expanding into PA, and with our sights on plenty of other markets, we are continuing to explore new ways to provide quality housing to a variety of clients.
