We are running a business just like yourselves. It is in our best interest to build and keep a long term relationship with landlords, and on time automated payments is the best way to keep everyone happy. We have a vested interest in the success of the property, unlike a long term tenant who may not be concerned with consistent rent payments.
With your approval, we install cameras on the outside of the property, and can also install noise monitors on the inside of the property. Of course, you would have access to these as well. Should we see increased levels of noise, or extra guests entering the property, we will take action on the spot, without needing any landlord involvement.
All the hosting platforms provide full protection in the event the guests damages something on the property. In addition, we have our own insurance as an additional layer of protection. You wont be liable to pay for anything guests may break during their stay, we will handle that directly with the platforms and insurance companies for proper repair or replacement.
No, we do not charge a fee. We pay the agreed upon rent directly to you every month, further establishing the passive nature of your investment.
